Congratulations to Remi Dujardin on Accepting a Scholarship to the NCAA

March 25, 2015

Remi Dujardin who plays on Sun Pegasus F.C and the Hong Kong National Team accepted a soccer scholarship to St. Bonaventure University in the NCAA Division 1. He will be competing in the highly talented and hard fought Atlantic 10 conference that had 4 top nationally ranked teams in 2014.

The Founder of Affinity Education, Magnus Leung said, "We are extremely happy for Remi and his family for achieving and surpassing the goals and objectives we set for him. Not many people can receive a scholarship and play soccer at the highest level, especially in the NCAA. Remi has demonstrated excellence in both football and academics, while spending an enormous amount of time giving back to the Hong Kong community. He is a true example of an outstanding student-athlete and we all expect him to reach new heights during and after university before he starts his career."

The head coach at St. Bonaventure University is expecting Remi to make an impact right away. Remi will be leaving early August for intensive preseason training. At St. Bonaventure, he will be aiming to earn a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a MBA (Master of Business Administration).

"It's great to see more Hong Kong athletes like Remi take this path to further their education and athletic ability to the U.S. In the last 2 years, we've seen Filipe Conceicao, Toby Down, Philip Wong, Fung Kwun Ming (Aries) and now Remi take this route to the U.S. We hope to see more of these inspirational athletes lead the way!
